MagniDoc pricing per user is based on the total number of users your organization chooses for subscription. A monthly billing cycle will be established with a reoccurring date upon which you will be charged for the total subscription. For example, if your office chooses to subscribe to a single (1) license per month, your reoccurring charge monthly would be $30. If your office chooses to subscribe to eight (8) licenses per month, your reoccurring charge monthly would be $224.

 

MagniDoc users are provided with a base amount of free storage. You may choose to exceed the amount of free storage available. Additional storage is available for a monthly fee. The monthly fee is based upon total storage, per gigabyte. Organizations may choose to add additional “libraries.” A library is a separate collection of records with designations by a subset of users within the organization. Additional libraries are available for a monthly fee.
